Tom Erickson cut his teeth working on Republican campaigns in Minnesota, where every day was a fight for survival. Over the past twenty years he’s been a spokesman, a campaign manager, survived recounts, and even dressed up as a giant flip flop - all in the pursuit of victory. The campaign trail has led Tom to work on races in over 30 states. Along the way he met his wife and had three children. 

 

He comes to The Hereford Agency from the NRCC, where led candidate recruitment efforts and ran $53 million in advertising for the House GOP in 2022.
